Terms And Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

1.1. A session is considered booked once the Client and the Photographer agree on a date and a €100 deposit is received.

1.2. The deposit secures the selected date and is non-refundable in case of cancellation made less than 7 days before the session.

1.3. One rescheduling is possible without losing the deposit if requested at least 7 days in advance.

1.4. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session via bank transfer (Tikkie), cash or PayPal.

1.5. Post-production begins only after full payment is received.

   

2. Session Process

2.1. Sessions take place in the Photographer’s studio in Hilversum.

2.2. The session time is agreed upon in advance.

2.3. Prior to the session, the Client receives detailed preparation guidelines, including clothing recommendations and practical advice.

2.4. The session may conclude earlier than the maximum scheduled time if sufficient material has been captured for the final result.

 

3. Post-Production & Image Use

3.1. Edited high-resolution JPEG images are delivered via a private online gallery within 21 days after the session.

3.2. Image selection is made by the Photographer.

3.3. RAW files (unedited images) are not provided.

3.4. Unless otherwise agreed, the Photographer retains the right to use the images for portfolio, website and social media purposes.

3.5. If the Client prefers full confidentiality and does not wish the images to be used publicly, a confidentiality fee of €50 applies.
